DeliwiAI, an innovative AI-powered SaaS startup backed by investors, and working together with Microsoft, is seeking a Platform Owner. This role is crucial for driving DeliwAI's growth and success in global B2B SaaSmarket. DeliwiAI aims to be one of the first Finnish companies to reach global SaaS market leadership.

We are seeking an experienced IT professional, a hands-on individual eager to architect to move from startup into a significant international software company. The person we are looking for should have a strong affinity for new technologies and a passion for AI native services to meet our customers expectations.

The Platform Owner will join as a full member of the core team, which includes the company's co-founders. The salary and benefits offered are competitive. Additionally, the individual hired will become a shareholder in our company.

Responsibilities

As an owner of DeliwiAI Platform you will be responsible for building and executing the vision, strategy and roadmap to support DeliwiAI evolution towards global AI native platform and SaaS service.

Your daily work will include the following:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document product requirements, user flows, and wireframes, ensuring a clear and shared understanding of the product vision.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, usability, and customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Create and manage the product backlog, including use cases, acceptance criteria, and prioritization, in alignment with the product roadmap and company objectives.
• Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and use cases based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Ensure that our development is always aligned with the latest AI innovation from Microsoft.
• Guide and lead our internal and external development team, ensure clear communication and understanding of product requirements and priorities.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to  AI, SaaS products and agile methodologies.

The work is mainly remote, but the core team also meets at the company's office in Keilaniemi, Espoo, Finland as needed and depending on the situation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem, genuine interest in AI native software engineering and experience working with SaaS products.

• At least 5 years of relevant product management (or similar) experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality products and driving change.
• Background or at least deep understanding of coding.
• Communication and presentation experience.
• Experience in building Enterprise B2B products as a service. 
• Experience in defining and analysing data and metrics that inform the success of products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (squads) and working in partnership to effectively build products from concept through launch. 
• Experience with Big Data, Machine Learning Applications and Algorithms.
• Familiarity with Github and Github Copilot.
• Passion and curiosity to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership skills – lead through influence.

Strong product sense and ability to build product roadmap based on business vision, customer need and market opportunities. Understanding and preferably experience of LLMs and generative AI.
