Lasse Gerdt has 20+ years of international experience from the largest global technology companies and startups.
During the last 15 years he has built and managed business and GTM strategies at Microsoft and Amazon, focusing the last 10 years on the EMEA cloud market and technology transformation in multiple industries. With a focus on rapid growth, he has built initial market entry strategies, go to market and sales teams and led the transformation in direct and channel sales models. As a people leader he has been hiring and developing high performance, multi-national sales, partner and specialist teams across 20+ nationalities.
Jani Ristolas is investor and Business Executive specialized in go-to-markets, leadership structures, tech-organization KPI’s and corporate governance.
Jani has lead several business transformation and modernization programs to make people and organizations successful. He has also operated in a number of international executive and CEO roles over 20-years.
